Company History
-- John Pratt started our predecessor company in
1995.
-- Over the years, John focused on developing the Highlands
Ranch market.
-- Shelley joined the ranks in 2001 working as an
assistant.
--After completing her real estate course work, Shelley
moved from customer service to be more directly involved in leasing and
sales.
-- 2001 to present our company saw tremendous growth in
Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, and Parker.
-- In March 2005, the
company opened its 2nd office in Centennial. This office services
the South Aurora, Centennial, and E-470 corridor areas.
-- In
2006, Stacy took over as our full time office manager and bookkeeper.
